“I paint outside, on the beach, because I believe that working in this way enables me to create paintings that are different to those made in the studio.
Like many people, I feel an uplifting sense of peace and freedom when I stand on the shoreline looking out to sea. I want people to feel the same way when they look at my paintings. And I believe that working outside, painting from life, helps me to achieve this.
I also want anyone who likes my paintings to be able to own one. And therefore aim to keep my work as accessible and affordable as possible. I hope you enjoy my website and my work.”
