It was a nice day today. It wasn’t too cold and although the clouds were dense they looked benign and I didn’t think it would rain.

Although the sun wasn’t visible I was aware of its presence. Every now and then it would break through the clouds, or a small blue hole would appear. And every time it did I thought how nice it would be to be just over there, in the sun’s warmth.
